About Guilherme:
Body therapist and Bioenergetic Analyst, Executive Coach and Consultant at AtmaGenus Consultoria, graduated in Social Communication (Advertising and Marketing) and postgraduated in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at ESPM. Specialist in strategic planning from Harvard Business School.
Guilherme has been researching human performance for 17 years in line with organizational development and executive education, with an emphasis on the areas of Change Management and Leadership.
With 15 years of solid management experience, acquired in large corporations, including international NGOs (Outward Bound, LEAD Intl.) and multinational companies (Ford, Volkswagen, Abril Group and Banco Santander), he ended his career as C-Level Executive recognized for his abilities to create engagement, innovate and generate transformation.

Married to Dani, Guilherme is the father of Rosa and Lourenço.
A nature lover and passionate about adventure & sports, he was a water polo athlete representing Brazil in several international competitions, a motocross and mountainbiker pilot. Today he trains Aikido, practices Yoga and meditation, and enjoys mountain trail running.
“Since adolescence, as a sportsman, I was interested in human health and high-performance, and as an executive I got involved in high-performance business. Today I can say that as a therapist and coach, my performance synthesis is the achievement of the state of flow: the balance between human performance and business performance.
