About Luciana:

I am a trainer, a mentor and an ICF PCC coach, with 25 years of experience in leadership and multipliers development. I also work facilitating groups through experiential learning techniques and planning and implementing corporate education projects. With a comprehensive selection of recognized certifications in the field, I apply sophisticated and efficient tools for self-knowledge and behavioral analysis. In my role as a learning facilitator for individual and teams, I enrich the exchanges with the view of those who also know the other side: in my career I have already been an executive and leader in companies such as C&A , Cultura Inglesa and Ericksson.

Something you may not have expected in a Bio:

The proud dinda (godmother) of 3 beautiful girls aged 7, 15 and 18, I also enjoy being an aunt to my 2 nieces and 2 nephews. One of my hobbies is traveling to wine estates in order to visit new wineries and taste their labels. I practice pilates and meditation

I understand my role as that of a learning facilitator. As Paulo Freire would say, “when one understands their reality, they can raise hypotheses about their challenges and look for solutions. Then one can transform this reality and one’s work can create a world of their own, their Selves and their circumstances.”
