About Tallita:
Works as na organizational development consultant, helping individuals, teams and organizations in their Leadership, Change Management and Emotional Development.
Has her undergrad studies em Psychology, with a focus on Group studies byt eh University of Buenos Aires – UBA. Has taken her Master Degree in International Human Ressources Management in the University of Paris II- CIFFOP, and is currently exploring the theme of female leadership in organizations. Co-founder of the volunteer project “Conversas em Rede” (Conversations in Network) which offers support to people in crises. Certified in Advanced Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network.
For more than 10 years worked as na HR Executivein Brazil, France and Panama in the Consumer Goods Industry.
Works as a simultaneous interpreter for Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Something you may not have expected in a Bio:
I am fascinated by knowing and living in different cultures, having lived in 5 different countries, I´ve recently accomplished a dream of taking a sabbatical year traveling solo through Latin America.I´ve adopted a small dog named Jojo.
My purpose is to create transformational learning contexts that help people achieve more authenticity, liberty and self-realization.
